Complete replacement of fascia, soffit and guttering with new maintenance free UPVC

This detached property in Southampton was definitely due new fascia, soffits and guttering. The wooden soffit had already started sagging and had separated from the fascia board which in turn was looking very tired with the old peeling paint. The guttering was also leaking from several of the gutter unions due to the perished rubber seals.

As with all our jobs, all the old materials we remove are sent for recycling.

We carefully removed all the old fascia, soffit and guttering and treated the raft ends with a wood preserver. We then installed the new UPVC soffit and fascia board and the new UPVC white square guttering.
