Install new Replica Wood mock Tudor boards with white render board on the dormer window

New UPVC fascia, soffit and guttering

Completely replace all the fascias, soffits and guttering with black UPVC and replace the wooden mock Tudor boards with Replica Wood authentic, low maintenance polyurethane boards.

Once the old mock Tudor was removed,  white composite render board is fixed to the wall before the new Mock Tudor is installed. Render board is used, so cement render never has to be painted or maintained again.
