Our experienced team of roofline & cladding specialists, replaced the old wood fascias and soffits with maintenance free white UPVC to give this house in Market Rasen, a fresh, clean new look
Our team of fitters completely removed all the original wood fascia and soffit and replaced with it with white UPVC.
They installed white UPVC 18mm fascia boards, white UPVC hollow soffit boards and used black square guttering with black round downpipes. Over fascia ventilation strips were fixed to the top edge of the fascia boards, these allow continuous ventilation into the roof space, avoiding a build-up of damp which can rot the rafter ends. Felt support tray, gutter guard and bird guards were also fitted.
