Fascia and soffit replacement details

All the old fascia, soffits and guttering was removed, the exposed end rafters were then checked for any signs of decay and water damage and treated where required.

Black fascias and  soffits with black round guttering was then installed along with over fascia ventilation strips, eaves protection boards, bird guards and gutter guard.

Once the installation was completed, a final clean of the work area was done and all old roofline materials was removed for disposal.

As with all our installations where required, we installed over fascia ventilation strips, eaves protection boards, bird guards and gutter guard.
